Banana Cacao Muffins

- 3 Overripe Bananas
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 Cup Honey
- 1 tsp Coconut Extract
- 2.5 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 Cup Cacao Nibs
- 1/4 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Flakes
- 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 2 Tbsp Flax Seeds
- 2 Tbsp Almond Milk
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl mix together the bananas, eggs, yogurt, honey, almond milk and coconut extract until all ingredients are well combined. Slowly add in the remaining ingredients until all are blended and mixed in together. Scoop the blend into a lightly oiled muffin tins and bake for 15 minutes on 350. Enjoy!
